Every rug is woven to order in our workshop in Khémisset, Morocco, and shipped from there to your door. This page explains what shipping costs, how long it takes and what to expect at delivery.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free to every country we deliver to. The price you see on the product page and at checkout includes delivery; there is no shipping charge added at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Checkout accepts any delivery address in the countries offered at checkout.

Delivery times

Weaving time: each rug is handwoven to order in the size you choose, which takes 3–6 weeks (15–30 business days).
Transit time: once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

Expect your rug 4–8 weeks after you order. We will tell you by email when it is dispatched.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with DHL Express, UPS and Aramex. Every order is shipped with a tracking number, sent to you by email when your rug leaves the workshop.

Customs, duties and taxes

Rugs ship from Morocco. Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are not included in the price and are paid by the customer to the carrier on delivery. Many orders fall under the import threshold and pay nothing, but this depends on your country and the value of the order.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout: the carrier uses the phone number to arrange delivery. If you need to change the address, contact us before your rug is dispatched.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your rug arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us at contact@moroccan-carpet.com. See our Return & Refund Policy for how we put it right.
